I always order my roller bottles from True Essence. They have the best pricing that I've found, and their customer service is exemplary. I once received broken bottles, no doubt from mishandling of the package, and they immediately sent me replacements, no questions asked. I once received plastic balls instead of steel and again, they immediately mailed me the steel ones I ordered and didn't require the return of the plastic! Most recently, I ordered on Monday with basic shipping and still received my package two days later! I will continue to order from this company as long as they are in business! -
